MG3 Michigan has the expertise in precision manufactured assembled components that can be coupled with MG3 Ohio’s global engineering expertise and cold forming capabilities. Our product development engineers can quickly offer domestically manufactured assemblies and components to Tier 1 automotive customers.

With recent investments in new equipment our ability to produce larger and more complex has grown significantly.

Capabilities and Machines

With more than 45,000 square feet of machining floor space, MG3 has a variety of machines to handle your project. We can machine multiple grades of aluminum, steel, stainless steel, cast iron, copper, brass, bronze and nylon. Among the machines and services that MG3 has available are:

Our CNC machines can handle high volume requirements with size ranges of 4 mm – 250 mm. We can work with a variety of materials, including brass, copper and steel. MG3 is also a source of machined assemblies for a variety of industries and applications.

Quality and Cleanliness Procedures

With automated assembly and 100% checking, we have the processes in place to maximize quality and efficiency, particularly with complex parts. In our measurement facility, our team uses 3D rendering to measure complex, tight tolerances for applications like fuel injection systems.

When cleanliness counts, MG3 can offer its Ransohoff ultrasonic parts washing equipment. This helps your project attain OEM cleanliness requirements with Millipore testing for particle weight and size and filter measurement. For your next internal transmission component project, MG3 has the tools for the job.
