The company was founded in Gavardo Brescia , Italy by Scott T. Malson.

2012

New Logistic hub in Montichiari (BS), Italy.

2014

Localized Manufacturing in Gavardo (BS), Italy.

2017

Company focus put on industry 4.0 & automation Gavardo manufacturing footprint is expanded to give additional room for internal production and thread coating operations.

2018

Lean reorganization of operations.

2019

Tyler Malson appointed CEO, Introduction of value-added production.

2022

Increased production capacity in Gavardo Large 6 station Part Former ( 500 ton ) Large 6 station Part Former (250 ton).
